2015 Microgaming IOM Triathlon Championships

Sunday 6th September at the Mooragh Park, Ramsey

The IOM Triathlon Championships are now a little over a month away.  The Race Instructions can be found below together with copies of the Swim, Bike and Run courses and the layout of Transition.  Please take a few moments to look over them.

Standard Distance   1500m Swim Course                  Cycle Course       Run Course

Sprint Distance            750m Swim Course        

The cycle and run courses are the same for both distances.  Sprint Cycle = 1 lap    Standard Cycle = 2 laps      Sprint Run = 2 laps      Standard Run = 4 laps
